Abbotsbury Tumulus InfraredJoin John Gale (Snr Lecturer in Archaeology - Bournemouth University) for an evening guided walk exploring one of the best-preserved Bronze Age barrow cemeteries in Dorset.Over thirty of these burial mounds from pre-history span a mile of the Ridgeway here, including a great variety of different designs and mysterious swallet holes.

What to Bring: suitable outdoor clothing and footwear including wet weather.

The route includes rough paths, open pastures and some gentle hills.
