As you can see there are many reasons to become a fingerpost champion, and it's never been easier. Champions can be small community groups, Parish Councils, individuals, a local business or maybe your are a tradesman who can offer your workshop or services like Normtec & Blastech Surface Treatment, or maybe suppliers of good quality local oak.

The Dorset AONB now have access to components and services that can help you restore these posts back to their formal glory.  If you haven't already have look through how to guide to help understand the process it involves.

The Hilton group have resorted all the posts in their parish with help from Dorset AONB and our volunteers John, Roger, James and Val, without whose commitment and enthusiasm we could not operate.  So it can be done!
