  • What can I see there? Godlingston Heath is one of the largest remaining tracts of lowland heathland. There are strong populations of Dartford warblers, nightjars and all six British reptile species.
  • Best time to visit: Wildfowl main drawing point in winter, and heathland plants and animals in the summer.
