Park Yoga

Park Yoga aims to connect people to nature, through relaxing, energising and breathtaking yoga sessions, improving wellbeing and creating a positive ripple effect in the community.

Park Yoga is a charity that provides free outdoor yoga sessions around the UK, from May to September, Covid restrictions allowing. All sessions are held on a Sunday morning and for people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities. Find your local venue here.

Virtual Park Yoga

In 2020 Park Yoga ran weekly Virtual Park Yoga sessions in place of their usual outdoor events. These are all now all easily accessed, for free, via their YouTube Channel. The videos are also available in British Sign Language, in partnership with Deaf Get Active.

Sessions are one hour long and hosted by many different Park Yoga instructors from around the UK. It is a great opportunity to try some different styles of yoga.

Park Yoga encourage people to take part outdoors where possible. So grab a yoga mat, towel or blanket – head out into your garden or a view outside – and join in from home.

If you enjoy the session below, head to the Park Yoga YouTube channel and follow their other sessions by clicking here.

Shorter, more focused sessions

If an hour long session is too long, you could always try a Park Yoga Short… These are short 15-30 minute long videos led by one of the local Park Yoga instructors. Each session focusses on a different theme. Take a look at the YouTube playlist to see all the Park Yoga Shorts available.
